The verification actually went very quickly, but now I'll be waiting 5 days for the payout, although the terms and conditions clearly state that the payout will be processed in a maximum of 2 days. I'm curious if I'll even see the money. There really are better casinos out there. (I reserve the right to change my rating if something happens to my payout)

It's been 10 days now and the payout has still not been processed. I'm really getting annoyed and have opened a complaint. The casino's live chat always comforts me and tells me the withdrawal will be processed soon. But I'm slowly becoming suspicious. Hence the most negative rating, as I am afraid that I will no longer see the money.
Update: 17 days have passed and nothing has happened! Do not play at this casino. They just don't pay. It's madness

Es sind nun 10 Tage rum und die Auszahlung wurde immer noch nicht bearbeitet. Langsam bin ich echt genervt und habe eine Beschwerde eröffnet. Der Live-Chat des Casinos vertröstet mich jedes mal und erzählt mir, die Auszahlung würde bald bearbeitet werden. Langsam werde ich aber misstrauisch. Daher Negativste Bewertung, da ich befürchte, das Geld nicht mehr zu sehen.
Update: 17 Tage sind nun rum und es ist nichts passiert! Spielt nicht in diesem Casino. Die zahlen einfach nicht aus. Es ist Wahnsinn

The only positive I would say is that the bonuses are non-sticky.
Otherwise bonuses only possible against high deposits and
break all records for wager requirements.
For example 50 euro deposit, 25 euro bonus. Wager: 3000 euros.
Which would then be a wager of Bonus x120.

So far 1 payout, which took a long time.

Was dann einen Wager von Bonus x120 wäre.

I would like to share my experience with this casino. I registered there in January 2023 and deposited 100 euros. After that I wanted to create a deposit limit because I have a gambling problem to stay in control and not deposit anymore. According to the casino's terms and conditions, you can set deposit limits in your profile and I wanted to do that too. However, instead a page with error 404 came up when I clicked on create deposit limit in the profile. After that I contacted the live chat and asked to set a deposit limit. The chat employee then said I would check it and after a short time he informed me that this tool for creating deposit limits would not work at the moment and that he could not create a deposit limit for me either. For casino guru : I didn't get any chat history from the casino!!! As already mentioned, I contacted the live chat again and the responsible department wanted to get in touch with me but so far no one has contacted me!!

I then gambled away my 100 euros and because I could not set a deposit limit, I continued to deposit until I lost 4450 euros in the casino and had massive financial problems as a result. I can understand casino guru wanting proof but i didn't get any chat history from casino live chat.

I then chatted with the casino chat again about 10 days ago and told them everything again and that they would close my account permanently and that I wanted my money back because I was deceived by the terms and conditions, which clearly state that you can create deposit limits. The chat employee told me she would forward my complaint to the responsible department and they would contact me by email. But no one has contacted me or written to me. If anyone reads this and can help me get my money back then please write or comment here. It's just unfair and very sad when you are so deceived and no one helps you get your money back. Ich möchte gerne meine Erfahrung mit diesem casino teilen. Ich habe mich im Januar 2023 dort angemeldet und 100 Euro eingezahlt. Danach wollte ich einen einzahlungslimit erstellen weil ich ein Glücksspiel Problem habe um die Kontrolle zu behalten und nicht mehr einzuzahlen. Laut den AGB s des casinos kann man im Profil einzahlungslimits erstellen und das wollte ich auch tun. Allerdings kam dann stattdessen eine Seite mit error 404 als ich auf einzahlungslimit erstellen im Profil gedrückt habe. Danach habe ich den live chat kontaktiert und darum gebeten mir einen Einzahlungslimit zu erstellen. Daraufhin hat der chat mitarbeiter gesagt ich prüfe das und nach kurzer zeit teilte er mir mit dass dieses Tool um einzahlungslimits zu erstellen momentan nicht funktionieren würde und er mir auch keinen einzahlungslimit erstellen kann. Für casino guru : ich habe keinen chat verlauf vom casino bekommen!!! Wie bereits erwähnt habe ich den live chat erneut kontaktiert und die zuständige Abteilung wollte sich bei mir melden aber bis jetzt hat sich keiner gemeldet!!

Die Mitarbeiterin vom chat sagte mir sie wird meine Beschwerde weiterleiten an die zuständige Stelle und man wird sich per Mail bei mir melden. Aber niemand hat sich bei mir gemeldet oder mir geschrieben. Wenn jemand das hier liest und mir helfen kann mein Geld zurück zu bekommen dann bitte ich darum mir hier zu schreiben oder zu kommentieren. Es ist einfach unfair und sehr traurig wenn man so getäuscht wird und niemand einen hilft sein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Danke im voraus an alle die mir helfen können und vielleicht nochmal an casino guru danke dass ihr versucht habt mir zu helfen.
