Aktualizácia: no, môj výber je dokončený, ale NIKDY SOM SVOJ BITCOIN NEZÍSKAL. TAK AKO JE TO DOKONČENÉ!!!??! Hovoril som s 2 živými chatmi, odkedy sa to stalo v utorok, odvtedy som s 2 hovoril každý deň a tiež som im poslal e-mailovú podporu, aby to mohli riešiť a okamžite to opraviť.. BEZ ÚČINKU. Živý chat povedal, že by som mal odstúpiť od zmluvy, ak je tam uvedené dokončené, ale „Khole", ak je to vôbec skutočné meno, ma uisťuje, že dostanú MÔJ VÝBER a opravia ho a pošlú mi ho čo najskôr, no to bol utorok a teraz je sobota. ráno. V stredu som dostal všeobecnú odpoveď od podpory, v ktorej sa uvádza, že informácie preniesli na finančné oddelenie a čo najskôr sa mi ozvú späť.. opäť NIČ. Takže môj 1. výber bol zmätený, a tak mi tím Nového manažmentu poslal e-mail s ospravedlnením za 4 zmätky, pričom som sa zaručil, že ho dostanem do minulého týždňa, to bol 1. výber, ktorý som musel dvakrát znova odoslať, čo som urobil. Tento 2. výber hovorí „Dokončené". Ale šokoval som, že som to nikdy nedostal, takže ako je to dokončené. Neviem, čo sa F deje na tomto mieste, ale očividne preťahujú PPL cez tvrdé jadro, nehovoriac o tom, že mám ďalšie stiahnutie, o ktoré som požiadal nasledujúci deň po tom, čo je dokončené a ktoré sa stále spracováva.
Čo sakra je s týmito ppl?? Viem, čo robia, zámerne sa mi nevracajú, zámerne neposielajú môj výber, takže od mojej žiadosti o výber uplynie 30 dní a potom po uplynutí 30 dní môžu zrušiť akúkoľvek žiadosť o výber a výhry to bolo 30 dní alebo dlhšie. MÔŽETE TOMU UVERIŤ, ZÁMERNE VÁS NÚTI ČAKAŤ NA KOMUNIKÁCIU 2 SKÚŠAJTE VYRIEŠIŤ TIETO PROBLÉMY TAK DLHO, ABY SA MOHLI VRÁTIŤ A POVEDAŤ, ŽE VŠETKY VÝBERY SÚ NEPLATNÉ 30. DAY. AT'AT M TERAZ TAK NAČRANÝ. Mám všetky e-maily, ktoré dokazujú toto bs z tejto stránky. Je mimo mňa, ako môžu vôbec fungovať.

Prečo by sa „Nové vedenie" vôbec obťažovalo tým, že mi pošle e-mail 2, ospravedlňuje sa za zámenu s pôvodným výberom, povedzte mi2, že ho znova odošlete, čo som urobil, a tak mi budú vyplatené do minulého týždňa. KEĎ TO BOLO Zjavné klamstvo..!!Verím, že to urobili len 2 nákupy a potom ešte viac času, takže 30 dní uplynie. Sľubujem vám, že to títo zlodeji robia... v tomto bode je to úplne nechutné.

Update: well my withdraw says completed, but I NEVER GOT MY BITCOIN. SO HOW IS THIS COMPLETED!!??! I have spoken 2 live chat since this occurred on Tuesday, every day since then I've spoken 2 them as well as emailing support so they can address this and fix this immediately.. TO NO AVAIL. Live chat said I should have my withdraw if it says completed, but "Khole" if that is even a real name, assures me that they will get MY WITHDRAW TO ME & get this fixed and sent to me asap, well that was Tuesday and its now Saturday. Morning. I only got a generic response from support on Wednesday stating that they transferred the info to the financial dept&they'll get back to me asap.. well again NOTHING. So my 1st withdraw was messed up, so the New Management Team emailed me apologizing 4 the mix up, guaranteeing I'd recieve it by last week, that was the 1st withdraw which I had 2 resubmit which I did. Well this 2nd withdraw says "Completed". But shocker I also Never recieved it so how is it completed. Idk what the F is going on at this place but they obviously r screwing ppl over hard core, not to mention I have another withdraw that I requested the following day after the one that's showing completed and that is still processing,.
What the heck is wrong with these ppl?? I know what they r doing, they are purposely not getting back to me, purposely not sending my withdraw, so that way 30 days will lapse since I requested the withdraws and then at the 30 day mark they can void any withdraw request and the winnings that has been 30 days or longer. CAN U BELIEVE THIS, THEY DELIBERATELY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR COMMUNICATION 2 TRY TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES FOR SO LONG SO THAT WAY THEY CAN come back & SAY IT'S IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ALL WITHDRAWS ARE VOID AT 30 DAYS or longer.. Why would the"New Management " even bother emailing me 2 apologize about the mix up with the original withdraw, tell me2 resubmit it, which I did, and that way they will have me paid out by last week.
