Posledné 3 mesiace sa snažím dokončiť overenie KYC, ale stále to nie je hotové... Mimochodom, overenie KYC bolo okamžité aj v iných kasínach... Posielam potrebné dokumenty, ale stále žiadajú ďalšie... A nielen to, ale trvá im aj veľa času, kým odpovedia po odoslaní dokumentov... Možno aj 3 týždne... čo je neprijateľné... To mi hovorí, že im na ich zákazníkoch nezáleží... Najprv sa pýtali na overenie môjho dokladu totožnosti... potom ma požiadali, aby som im poslal fotku, na ktorej držím svoj doklad totožnosti a na pozadí je viditeľná ich stránka (lmao, to je šialené)... Teraz chcú snímku obrazovky krypto transakcie v ich kasíne, ktorú som poslal... Ale stále žiadna odpoveď ani po 3 týždňoch... Neviem si ani predstaviť, čo budú žiadať ďalej... Je to škoda, pretože ich kasíno sa mi naozaj páči a chcem hrať znova, ale táto situácia ukazuje, že si nevážia svojich zákazníkov... Dúfam, že sa to čoskoro vyrieši!

Tá drzosť povedať, že po tom, čo ste za posledné 3 mesiace neurobili absolútne nič, aby ste sa s tým vyrovnali... V tomto bode už nerozumiem... Chcem len poradiť ostatným ľuďom, aby sa tomuto kasínu vyhýbali... Hral som v toľkých online kasínach a môžem pokojne povedať, že toto je to najhoršie... Keď som si vytváral účet, spýtal som sa ich, či musím prejsť overením, a povedali, že to nie je potrebné... Trval som na tom, pretože nechcem vkladať bez overenia... Vždy si najprv vyplním overenie, ktoré v akomkoľvek inom kasíne trvá maximálne 2 hodiny... Hral som vo viac ako 20 kasínach a nikdy som s tým nemal problém... Ale kasíno Snatch trvalo na tom, že to nie je potrebné a uistilo ma, že môžem hrať bez toho, aby som premýšľal o problémoch s možnými výbermi... Ale keď prišiel čas na výber, požiadali ma, aby som poslal nejaké dokumenty na dokončenie overenia KYC... Aj keď o tom predtým klamali, že ho nepotrebujú, v tom momente som s jeho dokončením nemal žiadne problémy... To bolo Pred viac ako 3 mesiacmi... Odvtedy som poslal všetky požadované dokumenty, ale stále žiadny výsledok... Celé 3 mesiace, veríte tomu? Neviem, či som jediný, kto s nimi má tento problém, ale aj tak sa delím o svoju skúsenosť, aby sa ostatní ľudia nezaobchádzali rovnako... Len sa im vyhýbajte... Existuje toľko ďalších skvelých kasín, kde sa dá hrať... A nakoniec... hovoríme o 275 €... Správali sa takto len za 275 € lmao... Každopádne, s nimi som skončil...
For the past 3 months Im trying to complete the kyc verification but still not done..Kyc verification was instant on other casinos btw...Im sending the necessary documents but they keep asking for more..And not only that but it also takes them a lot of time to response after you send the documents..Like 3 weeks even..which is unacceptable..That tells me they don't care about thei customers...1st they asked about my id verification..then the asked me to send a picture of me holding my id and having their site visible on the background(lmao that's nuts)..Now they want a screenshot of a crypto transaction on their casino which I sent..But still no response after 3 weeks...I can't even imagine what they'll ask for next... It's a shame because I really like their casino and I want to play again but this situation shows they don't respect their customers.. Hopefully it gets resolved soon!

The audacity saying that after you've done absolutely nothing for the past 3 months to get over this ....At this point idc anymore..I just want to advise other people to stay away from this casino... I've played in so many online casinos and I can easily say that this is the worst..When I made my account I asked them if I have to proceed to my verification and they said that it's not required..I insisted coz I didn't want to deposit without being verified..I always complete my verification 1st which takes 2 hours at most in any other casino.. I've played to 20+ casinos and I've never had a problem with it..But snatch casino insisted that it wasn't needed and reassured me that I could play without thinking about any issues with possible withdrawals...But when the time came to proceed to a withdrawal the asked me to send some documents to complete the kyc verification..Even tho they lied about it earlier saying they don't need it, I didn't have any issues completing it at that point..That was more than 3 months ago..Since then I've sent all the required documents but still no result..3 whole months can u believe it?Idk If Im the only 1 having this issue with them but Im sharing my experience anyway so other people won't have the same treatment..Just stay away from them..There are so many other great casinos to play to..Oh and lastly.. we're talking about 275€ ...They behaved like this for just 275€ lmao... Anyways Im done with them....
