AKTUALIZOVANÉ --- Naozaj som dostal svoju výplatu 75 dolárov. Trvalo to asi 6 dní po nahraní dokladov totožnosti a asi som sa s reklamáciou trochu uponáhľal. Nevedel som, že prvý výber môže údajne trvať až 2 týždne - takže s ohľadom na to sa zdá, že len 6 dní na prvý výber je dosť rýchla doba. Len dúfam, že ďalšie budú o niečo rýchlejšie! Neberte do úvahy moju trápnu recenziu! Títo ľudia sú seriózni a PLATIA.
NEVYPLATÍ MI MOJE VÝHRY
Použil som bonus bez vkladu a vyhral som 75 dolárov, čo je maximálna výška výberu uvedená v podmienkach. Dokončil som 40-násobné stávkovanie. Pri pokuse o výber mojich prostriedkov mi bolo povedané, že musím vykonať nejaký potvrdzujúci vklad vo výške „Najmenej 20 EUR a prehrať 3x". V živom chate som sa trikrát opýtal, či je to posledná požiadavka na výber výhier bez vkladu – opakovane mi bolo povedané: „Áno, akonáhle prehráte 20 EUR, budete si môcť vybrať svoje peniaze". Prehral som 20 EUR a požiadal o výber, ktorý bol okamžite zamietnutý. Keď som sa opýtal v živom chate, povedali, že musím nahrať overovacie dokumenty totožnosti... Napriek tomu, že mi bolo povedané, že to nebude potrebné.
Okamžite som vyhovel a poslal požadované dokumenty. Povedali mi, že boli schválené a môj výber bude spracovaný „akonáhle ho schváli finančný tím". To bolo 10. septembra a môj výber stále čaká na spracovanie.
V živom chate mi povedali, že „to nebude dlho trvať". Spýtal som sa na predpokladaný časový rámec a nevedia mi povedať nič iné, len „záleží na finančnom tíme". Opakovane mi hovoria, že svoje peniaze dostanem, ale zatiaľ som nič nevidel.
Pred vkladom som informoval zástupcu živého chatu, že tento vklad 20 EUR je posledný z mojich prostriedkov a nemôžem si dovoliť nechať sa zmiasť ďalšími krokmi a čakať na peniaze. Vklad by som uskutočnil iba v prípade, že by mohli potvrdiť a zaručiť výber, a to bol posledný požadovaný krok. Povedali: „Áno, akonáhle prehráte 20 EUR, váš výber bude schválený."
Toto bola lož, pretože môj výber stále čaká na spracovanie. Budú klamať o všetkom, čo sa dá, aby vás prinútili vrátiť peniaze - ale akonáhle ich dostanú, jednoducho sa vyhýbajú platbe, neinformujú vás o aktuálnom stave, nevyžiadali si žiadne ďalšie dokumenty. Nie som si istý, prečo sú tu recenzie, ktoré tvrdia, že vyplácajú „okamžite" alebo „do niekoľkých minút". To je lož. Ani nevedia, kedy vám zaplatia - len povedia: „Je to práca finančného tímu". Ak požiadate o rozhovor s finančným tímom, povedia, že to nie je možné.
Podvodné kasíno. Toľko k reputácii Dama NV. Rád túto recenziu aktualizujem, ak niekedy dostanem svoj výber, ale v tomto bode si myslím, že ide len o ďalšie podvodné kasíno. Príliš známy podvodný proces, s ktorým som sa stretol už niekoľkokrát, funguje úplne rovnako ako všetky známe podvodné kasína.
Nezadržiavajte dych a nečakajte na výber od týchto ľudí. Dúfajú, že sa ľudia vzdajú svojho zdĺhavého procesu výberu a jednoducho prestanú žiadať. Neprestanem, kým buď priamo neodmietnu, alebo neschvália.
UPDATED --- I did in fact receive my $75 cashout. It took about 6 days after uploading identity documents and I guess I was a bit hasty with my complaint. I didn't know that first withdrawal can supposedly take up to 2 weeks - So keeping that in mind, only 6 days for first withdrawal seems pretty fast. Just hoping the next ones are a bit faster! Disregard my bitchy review! These guys are legit and DO PAY.
WILL NOT PAY ME MY WINNINGS
I used a no deposit bonus and won $75, the max cashout stated in the terms. Completed the 40x wagering. When trying to withdraw my funds, I was told I needed to make some sort of confirmation deposit of "At least 20EUR and playthrough 3x". I asked 3 times in the live chat whether this would be the last requirement to withdraw the no deposit winnings - I was told repeatedly "Yes, once you've played through 20EUR you will be able to withdraw your money". I played through the 20EUR, made a withdrawal request which was promptly declined. When I asked live chat, they said I need to upload ID verification documents... Despite being told this wasn't going to be required.
I complied immediately, sent the requested documents. I was told they have been approved and my withdrawal will be processed "once the finance team approves it". That was September 10th and my withdrawal is still pending.
Live chat informed me 'it wont take long'. I asked the expected timeframe and they can't give you anything other than "it's up to the finance team". They repeatedly tell me I will receive my funds but I'm yet to see anything.
I informed the live chat rep before depositing that this 20EUR deposit was the last of my funds and I can not afford to be messed around with additional steps and time to wait for the money, and I would only proceed with the deposit if they could confirm and guarantee a withdrawal and that was the last step required. They said 'Yes, once you've played through 20EUR your withdrawal will be approved'.
This was a lie, as my withdrawal is still pending. They will lie about anything they can to get you to hand over money - but once they've got your money, they just avoid paying you, they don't keep you up to date, haven't requested any additional documents. Not sure why there are reviews here saying they pay out 'immediately' or 'within minutes'. That is a lie. They don't even know when they will pay you - They just say 'its the finance teams job'. If you ask to speak to the finance team, they say that is not possible.
Scam casino. So much for Dama N.V being reputable. Will happily update this review if I ever receive my withdrawal but at this point I believe this is just another scam casino. All too familiar scam process that I've dealt with a good handful of times now, it's playing out exactly the same as all the obvious known scam casinos.
Don't hold your breath waiting for a withdrawal from these guys. They're hoping people will give up on their tedious withdrawal process and just stop asking. I'm not going to stop until they either directly decline or approve.
