Začal som testovať bez čítania recenzií. Chyba. Absolútne hrozný zážitok. A hneď poviem, že som bol v pluse, takže žiadne trpké reči. Alebo som bol v pluse, ak by som niekedy dostal svoj výber. Takže výberový proces je taký klasický, ako sa len dá. V prvom rade mi live chat dal dve informácie, teda 48 hodín alebo 72 hodín. Potom sa potvrdilo, že 72 hodín je tradičná doba stiahnutia. Takže keď budete vyberať v stredu, dúfajme, že peniaze budú na vašom účte v pondelok. Na chate ste zakaždým nasmerovaní na VIP manažéra, aby ste sa cítili dôležito, no mali trochu problémy, keď prvý operátor omylom vkĺzol do éteru pripravenú odpoveď VIP manažéra a ešte sa ospravedlnil za chybu 🤣🤣. Dostanete teda len hotové odpovede. Nedostanete odhad priemernej doby výberu atď. Vždy rovnaká odpoveď a sťažujú sa na zápchu a žiadajú o trpezlivosť a hovoria, že urýchlia proces a urobia všetko pre to, aby ste dostali svoje peniaze rýchlo, atď atď No potom som trochu posurfoval na ich stránke a prečítal som si sekciu podmienky. Našiel som tam super sekciu, kde sa píše, že výber trvá naozaj 72 hodín (počíta sa Po-Pia) a že po schválení predchádzajúceho výberu je možné podať novú žiadosť o výber najskôr 72 hodín po tom predchádzajúcom. V praxi teda môžete vyberať maximálne raz za týždeň. Limit výberu je potom len 500 €. Zrušenie výberu je naozaj jednoduché a prirodzene, ak sa výber preruší, 72 hodín začína odznova. Okrem toho tam bola zmienka, že keď oddelenie definitívne schváli výber, môže potom vyžadovať doklady na overenie účtu, ale nemôžete to urobiť dobrovoľne vopred. Takže bolo šťastie, že som nevložil viac ako 500 € a verný svojmu štýlu som otestoval výber, keď som získal svoju prvú výhru nad 100x. Našťastie som to otestoval, keď som si hneď uvedomil, že to vydrží. V tom čase som mal na hernom účte 600 €, takže výber čaká a 100 € som minul na stávkovanie (bez výhry), aby som nemusel týždeň čakať na zatvorenie účtu. Toto je naozaj hrozný zážitok. Nemôžem to nikomu odporučiť.

Lähdin testaamaan ilman että luin arvosteluja. Virhe. Aivan hirveä kokemus. Ja sanon heti alkuun että jäin plussalle eli ei ole katkeraa puhetta. Tai siis jäin plussalle jos saisin joskus kotiutukseni. Eli kotiutus prosessi on niin klassinen kuin olla ja saattaa. Ensinnäkin live-chatista tuli kahta infoa eli 48 sisään tai 72h sisään. No sitten varmistui että 72 h on perinteinen kotiutusaika. Eli keskiviikkona kun kotiutat niin maanantaina toivottavasti rahat tilillä. Sinut ohjataan joka kerta chatissa VIP managerille, jotta tuntisit olosi tärkeäksi, mutta heillä kävi pieni kämmi kun se ensimmäinen operaattori lipsautti vahingossa VIP managerin valmisvastauksen eetteriin ja jopa pahoitteli sitä virhettä 🤣🤣. Eli saat vastauksiksi ainoastaan valmiiksi aseteltuja vastauksia. Et arviota esim keskimääräisestä kotiutusajasta tms. Aina sama vastaus ja liirum laarumit ruuhkasta ja toivotaan kärsivällisyyttä ja sanotaan että nopeutetaan prosessia ja teemme kaikkemme että saisit rahasi nopeasti jne jne. No sitten vähän surffasin heidän sivuillaan ja lueskelin terms and conditions osiota. Sieltä löytyikin hieno kohta, jossa sanotaan että kotiutus tosiaan ottaa 72h (ma-pe lasketaan) ja edellisen kotiutuksen hyväksymisestä uuden kotiutuspyynnön voi tehdä aikaisintaan 72 tunnin kuluttua edellisestä. Eli käytännössä voit kotiuttaa maksimissaan kerran viikossa. Kotiutusraja onkin sitten passelisti vain 500€. Kotiutuksen peruutus on todella kätevä tehdä ja luonnollisesti jos kotiutukseen tulee keskeytys niin 72h alkaa raksuttamaan alusta. Lisäksi oli maininta että kun osasto on vihdoin hyväksynyt kotiutuksen se voi sen jälkeen vaatia dokumentteja tilin vahvistamiseksi, mutta et voi tehdä sitä vapaaehtoisesti etukäteen. Oli siis onni etten kerennyt tallettamaan ku 500€ ja tyylilleni uskollisena testasin kotiutuksen kun sain ensimmäisen yli 100x voittoni. Onneksi testasin kun tajusin heti että tulee kestämään. Pelitilillä oli silloin 600€ joten kotiutus on vetämässä ja löin 100€ vedonlyöntiin (ei voittoa), jotta ei tarvitse odottaa viikkoa että pääsee sulkemaan tilin. Aivan hirveä kokemus tämä. En voi suositella kenellekään.
