Kasíno mi nastavilo limit vkladu, pretože som za menej ako týždeň vložil viac ako 10 000 eur. Napriek limitu som mohol nasledujúci týždeň stále vkladať nad limit. Kontaktoval som zákaznícky servis a spýtal som sa, ako je to možné, a o niekoľko hodín ma e-mailom informovali, že limit teraz odstránili, pretože ho už nepotrebujem. Takže som vložil viac ako 13 000 eur/týždeň a kasíno si limity berie, je jasné, že ho museli odstrániť, pretože ho zlyhali.
Kasíno popiera, že by som mohol niekedy vložiť viac ako limit, ktorý mi stanovili, aj keď mám všetky dôkazy, stále ignorujú fakty a odmietajú mi odpovedať.
Tiež som si predtým nemohol nastaviť limit vkladu v žiadnom z kasín Infiniza, ale samozrejme, aj to mi bolo zamietnuté a nikdy som nedostal vysvetlenie, čo bolo s platformou zle.
Casino set me depositlimit because I had deposited over 10000euros in a less than a week. Despite the limit, the next week I could still deposit over the limit. I contacted to customerservice and asked how was it possible and a few hours later they notified me by email that they now took the limit off, because I no longer needed one. So I had deposited over 13000e/week and casino takes limits off, its clear that they had to took it off because they had failed it.
Casino denies that I could ever deposit over the limit they had set to me, even I have all the evidence, still they ignors the facts and refuse to answer me.
I also could not earlier set myself depositlimit to any of Infiniza casinos, but ofcourse that was denied too and I never got explanations what was wrong with the platform.
