Toto kasíno mi umožnilo otvoriť si účet tu aj na ich sesterských stránkach napriek tomu, že som 15. apríla 2021 poslal e-mail so žiadosťou, aby som zabránil vytváraniu účtov a zakázal mi prístup na všetky webové stránky poskytovateľa. Okrem toho, keď žiadam o vrátenie peňazí, na ktoré mám zjavne nárok, odkazujú na klauzuly vo svojich pravidlách, ktoré s danou záležitosťou nesúvisia. Konajú nespravodlivo a nenesú absolútne žiadnu zodpovednosť za zodpovedné pravidlá hry. Povedia hráčovi, že je to ich chyba, že hrajú napriek problémom s hazardom.
Budem kontaktovať MGA, aby som od týchto podvodníkov získal náhradu.
Vyhnite sa za každú cenu. Nemali by mať licenciu od MGA.
EDIT: kasíno tu rýchlo reaguje, verejne, ale teraz ignoruje moju žiadosť o vrátenie peňazí viac ako dva týždne. Na e-maily sa neodpovedá, zákaznícka podpora nepomáha a jasne dúfajú, že ja a problém jednoducho „zmiznú". Vezmem to legálnou cestou a prediskutujem to aj s MGA, ak nepristúpia. Vyhnite sa, prosím!
EDIT 2: Kasíno už po druhýkrát odmietlo vrátiť peniaze, hoci mám na to plné dôvody. Mimoriadne zlé správanie.
This casino let me open an account both here and on their sister sites despite me sending an email on April 15th, 2021 asking me to prevent from creating accounts and banning me on all of the provider’s websites. Furthermore, when asking for a refund I am obviously entitled to, they refer to clauses in their rules that have nothing to do with the matter. They are acting unfairly and take absolutely no responsibility for responsible gaming rules. They tell the player it’s their fault for playing despite a gambling problem.
I will contact MGA to get a refund from these scam artists.
Avoid at all costs. They should NOT be licensed by MGA.
EDIT: the casino responds swiftly here, publicly, but has now ignored my refund request for well over two weeks. Emails do not get answered to, customer support does not help and clearly they hope I and the problem just ’go away’. I will take this down the legal route and also discuss it with MGA if they do not step up. Avoid, please!
EDIT 2: The casino has now, for a second time, refused to issue a refund although I have full grounds to get it. Extremely bad behaviour.
