Vyhral som slušnú sumu 975 dolárov, tak som sa pokúsil o výber a zistil som, že majú limit na výber 750 dolárov. Na prvých 750 dolárov som musel čakať 6 dní a teraz sme na 8. dni čakania na zvyšok... takže zatiaľ spolu 14 dní. Početné rozhovory s podporou cez chat, kde vám dávajú obvyklé výhovorky o veľkom počte žiadostí o výber, ale nebojte sa, moje peniaze sú v bezpečí a uprednostňujú moje obavy s očividne prepracovaným finančným oddelením. Jeden agent podpory cez chat bol super sarkastický a povedal mi, že by som mal byť rád, že mi raz zaplatia, že veľa kasín to nerobí! Vyhnite sa tomuto kasínu. Zdá sa byť legitímne, ale na výbery budete čakať dlho. A táto spoločnosť pozostáva z mnohých kasín ako Pistolo, Allyspin, Posido, Wild Robin atď... všetky sú rovnaké, budete sa týždne hádať, kým uvidíte nejaké peniaze.
Won a decent amount of $975, so I tried to make a withdrawal and discovered they have a withdrawal limit of $750. I had to wait 6 days for the initial $750, and now we’re on day 8 of waiting for the remainder… so a total of 14 days so far. Numerous chat support conversations where they give you the usual excuses of high volume of withdrawal requests, but not to worry, my money is safe and they’re prioritizing my concerns with the obviously overworked finance department. One chat support agent was super snarky and told me I should be glad that they were going to pay me at some point, that lots of casinos don’t! Avoid this casino. It seems legit, but you will wait a long time for your withdrawals. Oh, and this company consists of a lot of casinos like Pistolo, Allyspin, Posido, Wild Robin, etc… they’re all the same, you will argue for weeks to see any funds.
