Casino Depositwin mi nechce vyplatiť moju výhru 250 eur zo 6. turnaja od poskytovateľa automatov GameArt.
Dňa 2.8. Zaregistroval som sa tam. Vzal som si tam 150% bonus za prvý vklad Crypto, vložil som pomocou Crypto XRP v hodnote 195,69 eur a výška bonusu bola 293,54 eur.
Bonus je bez stávok, to znamená, že sa nemusí staviť, aj keď ste už svoje skutočné peniaze prehrali a už ste v bonuse. Čokoľvek nad bonusovú sumu je možné kedykoľvek vybrať, potom sa bonusová suma odpočíta.

Hral som tam sloty niekoľko hodín a nemohol som vyhrať nič veľké a rozhodol som sa 3. augusta. Vyberte 200 eur, bonus bol následne automaticky zrušený. Stále som musel poslať selfie s ID a bol overený. V ten istý deň som dostal platbu.
6. augusta som videl, že turnaj GameArt skončil o 23:00. Moje najvyššie skóre bolo 161604 a 22. miesto a dostal som cenu 250 eur, pozri screenshot, ktorý som priložil. Tak som tých 250 eur rovno zaplatil.
7. augusta som dostal e-mail od Casino Depositwin, že som porušil Zmluvné podmienky a moje výhry vo výške 250 eur boli potom vymazané. Kasíno mi povedalo, že som vykonal bonusový lov so svojím vkladom a bonusovými peniazmi, a keď sa zostatok znížil na nulu, otvoril som vyhľadávané bonusy a získal som výhru 250 EUR.
Áno, urobil som malý bonusový lov, ale pred výberom som otvoril všetky bonusy. Takže 1.7 v podmienkach som vôbec neporušil. 1.7 v podmienkach znamená: Ak niekto uskutoční bonusový lov a bonusy otvorí neskôr vykonaním nového vkladu. Ako už bolo spomenuté, išlo aj o bonus bez stávok. Ak som mal ešte otvorené bonusy, prečo by som ich mal otvárať po výbere, veď som si ich mohol otvoriť aj predtým a vybrať spolu s tými 200 eurami. Takže vyhlásenie kasína je nelogické.
Po mojom výbere bol môj zostatok nula a výhry 250 eur pochádzali z turnaja a tieto peniaze ani nepatria kasínu, ktoré pochádzalo z GameArt.
Poslal som e-mail do kasína a dal som im vedieť, ale chcú si stáť za svojím rozhodnutím.

On August 6th I saw that the GameArt tournament ended at 11 p.m. My high score was 161604 and 22nd place and I got a prize of 250 euros, see screenshot I attached. So I paid the 250 euros straight away.
On August 7th I received an email from Casino Depositwin that I had breached the T&Cs and my winnings of 250 euros were then deleted. The casino told me I did a bonus hunt with my deposit and bonus money and after the balance went to zero I opened the hunted bonuses and received the €250 win.
Yes, I did a little bonus hunt, but I opened all bonuses before making a withdrawal. So I didn't violate 1.7 in the terms and conditions at all. 1.7 in the terms and conditions means: If someone makes a bonus hunt and opens the bonuses later by making a new deposit. As already mentioned, it was also a wager-free bonus. If I still had bonuses open, why should I open them after the withdrawal, because I could have opened them beforehand and withdrawn them together with the 200 euros. So the statement of the casino is illogical.
After my withdrawal my balance was zero and the 250 euro winnings came from the tournament and that money doesn't even belong to the casino it came from GameArt.
I emailed the casino and let them know but they want to stand by their decision.

Der Bonus ist wagerfree, d.h. der muss nicht umgesetzt werden, auch wenn man sein Echtgeld schon verloren hat und schon im Bonus ist. Alles, was über den Bonusbetrag ist, kann jederzeit ausgezahlt werden , dann wird der Bonusbetrag abgezogen.

Das Casino sagte mir, ich hätte mit meiner Einzahlung und dem Bonusgeld eine Bonushunt durchgeführt, und nachdem der Saldo auf Null war, habe ich die gehunteten Boni geöffnet und den Gewinn von 250 Euro erhalten.
Ja, ich habe eine kleine Bonushunt durchgeführt, aber alle Boni habe ich vorher schon geöffnet, bevor ich eine Auszahlung getätigt habe. also habe ich gar nicht gegen die 1.7 in der AGB verstossen. 1.7 in der AGB heisst: Wenn jemand eine Bonushunt macht und die Boni später öffnet durch eine neue Einzahlung. Ausserdem handelte es sich wie schon erwähnt um einen wagerfree Bonus. Wenn ich noch Boni offen hätte, warum sollte ich sie nach der Auszahlung öffnen, denn ich hätte sie doch vorher öffnen können und zusammen mit den 200 Euro auszahlen können. Die Aussage des Casinos ist also unlogisch.
Nach meiner Auszahlung betrug mein Guthaben Null und der Gewinn von 250 Euro stammt aus dem Turnier und dieses Geld gehört nicht mal dem Casino, sondern kam von GameArt.
Ich habe dem Casino eine E-Mail geschrieben und ihnen mitgeteilt, aber sie wollen bei ihrer Entscheidung bleiben.
