Túto recenziu píšem s ťažkým srdcom, pretože som tomuto kasínu dal vysoké hodnotenie už v máji. Veci sa dramaticky zmenili k horšiemu.
V apríli malo Chipstars Casino najvyššie hodnotenie bezpečnosti z fóra Casino Guru, čo ma podnietilo otvoriť si tam účet. Spočiatku som bol skeptický a chcel som ich otestovať, ale rýchlo si získali moju dôveru. Ak ste v kasíne prehrali nejaké peniaze (ja som napríklad prehral okolo 4000 eur na rulete), dali mi 10% cashback, denne ma kontaktovali ako Jehovovi svedkovia – často cez Telegram a WhatsApp – a ponúkali rôzne akcie. Keď som požiadal o výplatu, bolo to rýchle, do 24 hodín. Ak by som okamžite kontaktoval zákaznícku podporu a požiadal o urýchlenú platbu, bola by spracovaná do hodiny. Znie to ideálne, však? Preto som ich prvýkrát ohodnotil pozitívne a v podstate to bola ich chodiaca reklama.
Avšak... Veci sa zmenili.
Môj účet sa postupne dostal zo straty do zisku a posledných pár mesiacov je neustále v pluse. Párkrát bola moja stávka na ruletu jednoducho „zamietnutá" kvôli „technickým problémom", ale to boli len malé veci. Skutočný problém nastal s výplatami. Ako VIP hráč sa mi už nedostalo rovnakého zaobchádzania. ZABLOKOVALI ma na Telegrame/WhatsApp a kedykoľvek som požiadal zákaznícku podporu, kedy môžem očakávať svoje peniaze, stretol som sa s oneskorením alebo výhovorkami, pričom som problém preniesol na „finančné oddelenie" s tým, že ako zákaznícka podpora nemôžu čokoľvek. Presne naopak, ako sa veci začali, však?! Toto je veľmi nespravodlivé kasíno; Na výplatu čakám mesiac a stále sa zastavujú. Toto kasíno má určite DVE TVÁRE: jednu pre hráčov, keď prehrávajú, a druhú pre hráčov, keď vyhrávajú.

I write this review with a heavy heart because I gave this casino a high rating back in May. Things have changed dramatically for the worse.
In April, Chipstars Casino had the highest security rating from the Casino Guru forum, which prompted me to open an account there. At first, I was skeptical and wanted to test them, but they quickly earned my trust. If you lost some money in the casino (for example, I lost around 4,000 euros on roulette), they gave a 10% cashback, contacted me daily like Jehovah’s Witnesses—often through Telegram and WhatsApp—and offered various promotions. When I requested a payout, it was fast, within 24 hours. If I contacted customer support immediately and asked for an expedited payout, it would be processed within an hour. Sounds ideal, right? That's why I gave them a positive rating the first time and was basically their walking advertisement.
However... Things changed.
My account gradually went from a loss to a profit, and for the past few months, it's been consistently in the positive. A few times, my bet on roulette was simply "rejected" due to "technical issues," but those were minor things. The real issue arose with payouts. As a VIP player, I no longer received the same treatment. They BLOCKED me on Telegram/WhatsApp, and whenever I asked customer support when I could expect my money, I was met with delays or excuses, transferring the problem to the "finance department," saying that as customer support, they couldn’t do anything. Quite the opposite of how things started, right?! This is a very unfair casino; I've been waiting a month for my payout, and they keep stalling. This casino definitely has TWO FACES: one for players when they’re losing, and another for players when they’re winning.
