Been about 10 days since I signed up, made a few deposits with bonus and without bonus.
I came 3rd place in their tournament and won a cash prize $147, got email about it but no money in my account. I did chat support twice an all they say is wait a little longer lol.

Bitwin, don't send your customers a congratulations email saying "click here for your prize" without a prize. I knew I had won 3rd already as it was in profile. I'd also like to mention that their site says tournament prizes are rewarded automatically when tournament ends. We will see how long it takes. I like the layout and games here but I may pause on deposits to see how this pends out. I'll leave neutral rating and will come back to adjust later.

The verification is very laborious and obviously bitwin, unlike all other Dama casinos, tries to artificially lengthen the process. After each payment, new documents were initially required.

A payout is canceled without comment, and when asked about the reason, confusing statements are made.

I only deposited using a credit card. I also requested payment via credit card. This was then rejected for no reason. Reason? "Please use a bank account."

I then used my bank account, the withdrawal was canceled "please pay out to a bank account that you also used to deposit". You really feel like you're being laughed at by Bitwin.

After several days, I did "send us a bank statement with your IBAN and your name" and was rejected for no reason. Only after several emails and chats was another document accepted.

One can only warn strongly about this casino. I don't understand why Dama lets these people have their way. Incomprehensible!

Die Verifizierung ist sehr mühsam und offensichtlich probiert bitwin, anders als alle anderen Dama Casinos, den Prozess künstlich zu verlängern. Nach jeder Auszahlung wurden anfangs neue Dokumente gefordert.

Es wird kommentarlos eine Auszahlung storniert, nach Rückfrage nach dem Grund kommen wirre Aussagen.

Ich habe nur mittels Kreditkarte eingezahlt. Die Auszahlung habe ich auch über die Kreditkarte verlangt. Danach wurde diese grundlos abgelehnt. Grund? „Bitte nutzen Sie ein Bankkonto".

Daraufhin habe ich mein Bankkonto genutzt, die Auszahlung wurde storniert „bitte zahlen Sie auf ein Bankkonto aus, mit dem Sie auch eingezahlt haben". Man kommt sich wirklich vor, als würde man von Bitwin ausgelacht werden.

Nach mehreren Tagen „schicken Sie uns einen Kontoauszug mit Ihrem IBAN und ihrem Namen", habe ich gemacht, wurde grundlos abgelehnt. Erst nach mehreren Mails und Chats wurde ein anderes Dokument akzeptiert.

Man kann vor diesem Casino nur eindringlich warnen. Ich verstehe nicht, wieso Dama diese Leute gewähren lässt. Unfassbar!

I used all the welcome deposits and also a couple of monday bonuses. Wasn't succesful with the first few deposits but I managed to win over 3k on my last attempt :) So, yes, it is very possible to win big on BitWin, no doubt about that. Issued my withdrawal now, lets see how it goes.

All around, I like this casino very much. The whole package seems very inviting to me. The slot logos are nice and big, everything runs smooth. Reminds me a little bit of how FightClubCasino used to be, idk why :) I will definitely keep coming back here!

I discovered the new casino from Dama here at Casinoguru and first read through the bonus terms and conditions. Where once it is mentioned that the max bet with a bonus is 2 euros and a few lines down it says it is 1 euro. When I asked support, they told me that the maximum bet with a bonus was 5 euros?! Pretty strange. After I made my deposit of 101 euros in Ethereum, my money NEVER arrived there, I checked the transaction and everything was confirmed by the blockchain - only my money is still not there. I then contacted the live chat and was only put off with ready-made answers. Recently I was told that the money is on the way, but I have to say that the money must already be there based on the transaction hash, my chat was simply closed and I don't have my money. I'm pissed

Absolute cheek for a new casino from Dama

Habe das neue Casino von Dama hier bei Casinoguru entdeckt und habe mir zuerst die Bonus AGBs durchgelesen. Wo einmal erwähnt wird das der Max bet mit einem Bonus 2 Euro beträgt und ein paar Zeilen weiter unten steht das es 1 Euro ist. Als ich beim Support nachgefragt hat, sagte dieser mir das der Maximale Einsatz mit einem Bonus 5 Euro sei ?! Ziemlich merkwürdig. Nachdem ich meine Einzahlung in höhe von 101 Euro in Ethereum getätigt habe ist mein Geld dort NIE angekommen, ich habe die Transaktion überprüft und alles wurde von seitens der Blockchain bestätigt - nur mein Geld ist immernoch nicht da. Daraufhin habe ich den Livechat kontaktiert und ich wurde nur vertröstet mit vorgefertigten Antworten. Zuletzt wurde mir gesagt das das Geld auf dem Weg ist, wobei ich aber genau das das Geld bereits dort sein muss anhand des Transaction Hash, darauf wurde mein Chat einfach geschlossen und ich habe mein Geld nicht. Ich bin stink sauer

Habe mein Geld nach einer Woche erhalten. Man kann mit Crypto einzahlungen sogut wie GARNICHTS spielen und das ist kein Spaß. Nicht mal Pragmatic lässt sich spielen

Dieses Casino ist das Schlimmste was mir jemals begegnet ist

Schlechter Support, Einzahlungen totale katastrophe, gibt so oder so kaum spiele und wenn man dann noch mit crypto einzahlt kann man noch weniger spielen

Für ein neues Casino von Dama eine absolute Frechheit
