Toto kasíno som si užíval, kým neaktualizovali svoju platformu a zrazu som sa už nemohol prihlásiť. Skúšal som si zmeniť heslo, ale ani to nefungovalo. Všetko, čo som skúšal, mi vracalo chybové hlásenia. Tak som kontaktoval ich zákaznícku podporu a bola to najfrustrujúcejšia a najurážlivejšia ukážka gaslightingu, ktorí mi stále dookola hovorili, že som zadal nesprávny e-mail a radili mi, aby som sa pozrel na ID snímky obrazovky, ktorú som im poslal, čo bol presne ten istý e-mail ako snímka obrazovky e-mailu, ktorý mi poslali na zmenu hesla, ten istý e-mail, s ktorým som sa zaregistroval, a bol 100% správny. Niekoľkokrát som sa pýtal, čo je zle s e-mailom, ktorý videli na snímke obrazovky, a ich odpoveďou bolo, že nemajú záznam o mojom e-maile a potom znova, že ho zadávam nesprávne. Predpokladám, že to bola podpora umelej inteligencie, nemyslím si, že človek by bol až taký zlý. Cítil som sa neuveriteľne frustrovaný a chystal som sa to vzdať, keď mi dali odkaz na svoju stránku, adresa bola rovnaká, ale s pridanou číslicou 8, a nakoniec to fungovalo. Používal som ich aplikáciu, takže predpokladám, že po ich aktualizácii sa niečo pokazilo, keďže môj problém s prístupom sa začal po tom, čo mi poslali e-mail s aktualizáciou. Dal som im vedieť, že to funguje, a bez slova sa jednoducho odpojili. Po týždňoch, keď som sa nemohol prihlásiť a po urážke z neustáleho hovorenia, že problémom je nesprávne zadanie e-mailu, by som ocenil aspoň ospravedlnenie. Ale nič také sa nestalo a moja viera v túto stránku bola prakticky stratená. Po tom všetkom si nemyslím, že by som sa tam znova vrátil.
EDIT: Už je to nejaký čas, takže keď som dostal e-mail s ponukou roztočení zadarmo, pomyslel som si, že túto stránku znova navštívim, aby som zistil, či sa to zlepšilo. Roztočenia zadarmo nefungovali, tak som sa spojil s podporou. Bez ohľadu na moje predchádzajúce negatívne skúsenosti som bol veľmi zdvorilý a úctivý a jednoducho som spomenul, že e-mail a kód nefungujú. Bol som šokovaný, akí neuveriteľne hrubí boli, otvorene tvrdili, že som porušil ich pravidlá, že mám viac ako jeden účet a že od nich nedostanem žiadne bonusy. Toto ma prekvapilo, pretože som tam nebol od poslednej zlej skúsenosti. Požiadal som ich o viac informácií a snažil som sa problém vyriešiť, ale neodpovedali na moje otázky a len opakovali to isté vyhlásenie dookola, kým som to nevzdal. Veľmi pochybujem, že som mal iný účet, je pravdepodobnejšie, že som v kúte nezbednosti po zverejnení pôvodnej recenzie. A to je to najlepšie, čo urobili, pretože sa uistili, že som im nedal ani cent zo svojich peňazí.
I used to enjoy this casino until they upgraded their platform and suddenly I couldn't log in anymore. I tried to change my password but that didn't work either. Everything I tried gave me error messages. So I contacted their customer support, and it was the most frustrating and insulting show of gaslighting, telling me over and over that I'd entered my email wrong and told me to refer to the screenshot id shared with them, which was the exact same email as the screenshot of the email they sent me to change my password, the same email I registered with, and it was 100% correct. I asked several times what was wrong with the email they were seeing in the screenshot and their response was to tell me they had no record of my email and then again that I was entering it wrong. I assume it was AI support, I don't think a human would be as bad as that. I felt incredibly frustrated and I was about to give up when they gave me a link to their site, the address was the same but with an 8 added, and finally it worked. I was using their app so I assume something went wrong after their update as my access issue started after their email of the update. I let them know it worked and without a word they just disconnected. After weeks of not being able to log in, and the insult of continuously being told it was me entering my email wrong that was the problem, I would have appreciated an apology at the very least. But there was nothing like that, and my faith in this site was pretty much shot. After all that, I don't see myself returning there again.
EDIT: It's been a while, so when I got an email offering free spins I thought I'd revisit this site to see if it had improved. The free spins didn't work so I talked to support. Regardless of my prior negative experiences, I was very polite and respectful and simply mentioned the email and the code not working. I was so shocked by how unbelievably rude they were, bluntly claimed I had broken their rules and had more than one account and I would not get any bonuses from them. This was a surprise to me, I hadn't been back there since the last bad experience I had. I asked them for more information and tried to resolve the issue, but they wouldn't answer my questions and just repeated the same statement over and over until I gave up. I doubt very much that I had another account, it's more likely that Im in the naughty corner after posting the original review. And that's the best thing they did, because they made sure I didn't give them another cent of my money.
