Bolo to katastrofálne, napriek niekoľkým pokusom o zatvorenie účtu s údajnou závislosťou od hazardných hier mi nielenže niekoľkokrát dovolili vrátiť sa, ale ponúkli mi aj bonusy, aby som mohol pokračovať v míňaní peňazí. Týmto spôsobom sa moja závislosť od hazardných hier (ktorá sa liečila) posunula o niekoľko krokov späť. Je nemožné definitívne zatvoriť u nich účet, napriek tomu, že majú všetky informácie o mojej závislosti od hazardných hier, konali v zlej viere a umožnili mi vkladať peniaze nepretržite, aby som im naplnil pokladnicu.
Dúfam, že budete mať tú dôstojnosť odpovedať na tu podanú formálnu sťažnosť, vrátiť mi, čo mi patrí, a dovoliť mi pokračovať v mojej rehabilitácii.
PS Môj účet stále nebol uzavretý.

Ha sido nefasta, a pesar de varios intentos de cerrar la cuenta alegando ludopatía, no sólo me permitieron volver varias veces, si no que encima me han ofrecido bonos para que siguiese gastando dinero, de esa manera mi ludopatía (en tratamiento) dio varios pasos atrás, es imposible cerrar definitivamente una cuenta con ellos, a pesar de tener toda la información de mi ludopatía han actuado de mala fé, dejando que haga ingresos sin parar para llenar sus arcas.
Espero que tengan la dignidad de contestar a la queja formal aquí presentada, me devuelvan lo que me pertenece y así poder pasar página en mi rehabilitación.
