10. júna som odoslal výber za 100 USD. O sedem pracovných dní neskôr, 20. dňa, bola zrušená, pretože chceli overiť moju bitcoinovú adresu. Po overení u chatovacieho agenta podpory som znova odoslal svoj výber 100 USD.
Odteraz, bez víkendov, som čakal niekoľko dní. Vrátane víkendov čakám 21 dní.
Som hráč na vklad a moje overenie a dokumenty boli schválené mesiace pred mojím výberom. Vedel som, že výbery nie sú okamžité ako v kasínach ako Brango, ale tiež som si veľmi dôkladne prečítal podmienky a podmienky a bol som v poriadku s tým, čo bolo uvedené ako štandardný časový rámec. Ale keď som odoslal svoj výber, bolo tam uvedené, že svoje prostriedky dostanem do piatich pracovných dní. Poslal som podporný chat ten screenshot, ale nepomohlo to. Bolo im to jedno. Stále sa tam opakovali štandardné časy.
E-mailová komunikácia je absolútne NULOVÁ. Jediný dôvod, prečo som sa dozvedel, že môj výber bol zrušený, je ten, že som sa prihlásil, aby som skontroloval jeho stav. Keby som to neurobil, nikdy by som to nevedel.
Jeden z posledných agentov podpory, s ktorým som hovoril, Tracy, ma znova požiadal o moju bitcoinovú adresu. Poslal som to a spýtal som sa prečo. Povedala, že je to preto, že pred schválením výberu musí byť krypto adresa overená dvakrát prostredníctvom podporného chatu. Prečo to nie je v T&C? Prečo mi to poltucet ďalších podporných agentov nepovedalo alebo o to nepožiadalo? Potom, keď požiadam o rozhovor s manažérom, je mi to odmietnuté.
Nakoniec som sa dnes porozprával s manažérom menom Anabelle. Bola tá najkrajšia, s ktorou som sa rozprával, ale stále som na mŕtvom bode. Povedala mi, aby som sa vrátil v pondelok, aby som zistil, či to bolo schválené, a tiež mi povedala, že poslala e-mail tímu na stiahnutie, aby to eskaloval. Takže pondelok bude celkovo 24 dní čakania na môj výber 100 USD. Tak uvidíme.
Celkovo by som však neodporúčal míňať peniaze na Slots of Vegas. Nedodržiavajú svoje vlastné T&C, takže všetko je extrémne ťažké a vždy, keď vám agent podpory niečo povie, je to vždy iné ako predchádzajúce a nikdy nie pravdivé.
Odteraz si naozaj nemyslím, že vyplatia môj výber. Ale uvidime v pondelok. Aktualizujem túto recenziu o akékoľvek zmeny, ak nejaké budú.
Takže dnes, 3.7.23, bol môj výber definitívne schválený. Teraz podpora hovorí, že teraz musím čakať ďalších 10 dní, kým skutočne pošlú prostriedky do mojej bitcoinovej peňaženky. 🤦🏼♀️ Pmst.

On June 10th I submitted a withdrawal for $100. Seven business days later, on the 20th, it was cancelled due to them wanting to verify my bitcoin address. After verifying it with a support chat agent, I resubmitted my $100 withdrawal.
As of now, not including weekends, I have been waiting for days. Including weekends, I have been waiting for 21 days.
I am a depositing player, and my verification and documents were approved months prior to my withdrawal. I knew there withdrawals were not instant like casinos like brango, but I had also very thoroughly read there T&Cs and was okay with what was stated as the standard time frame. But when I submitted my withdrawal, it said I would get my funds within five business days. I have sent support chat that screenshot but it did no good. They didn't care. Just kept repeating there standard times.
There is absolutely ZERO email communication whatsoever. The only reason I even found out that my withdrawal had been cancelled is because I logged in to check the status of it. If I didn't do that, I would have never known.
One of the last support agents I talked to, Tracy, had asked me for my bitcoin address again. I sent it and asked why. She said that it's because before a withdrawal can be approved, the crypto address has to be verified twice thru support chat. Well why isn't that in the T&Cs? Why didn't the half a dozen other support agents tell me that or ask for it? Then when I ask to speak with a manager, I'm denied one.
Finally, today, I chatted with a manager by the name of Anabelle. She was the nicest one I talked to but I'm still at a waiting standstill. She told me to come back on Monday to see if it's been approved and also told me that she emailed the withdrawal team to escalate it. So Monday will be a total of 24 days waiting on my $100 withdrawal. So we shall see.
But all in all, I would not recommend spending your money on Slots of Vegas. They do not abide by there own T&Cs so it makes everything extremely difficult, and everytime a support agent tells you something, it's always different from the previous one, and never truthful.
As of now, I really don't think they're going to payout my withdrawal. But we shall see come Monday. I will update this review with any changes if there are any.
So today, 7/3/23, my withdrawal was finally approved. Now support is saying that I now have to wait another 10 days for them to actually send the funds to my Bitcoin wallet. 🤦🏼♀️ Smh.
