Passar o tempo ,não falta neste Cassino. Mas ainda não o aconselho a jogar se for a gastar muito dinheiro , pois fiz o pequeno levantamento e nada ,tive uma boa experiência na assistência chat,mas o dinheiro nem sinal que estar a vir ... Vou esperar mais um pouco e depois classifico de novo .

This is the first casino i played when i started playing casino and i lost thousands because they did not respect my self exclusion demand. They clearly were aware that i was losing a lot of money but they did nothing to stop it even though i kept writing and asking for self exclusion.

My first manager was Gabriela, then Catherine, then Zoe and finally Alban. I wrote several times but nothing was done until couple years ago when i threatened them to denounce them to the swiss gambling commission. This is why they are blocked by the authority and they had to change the irl like 3 times to keep their players.

I had an account on their other casinos too: Gratorama, Winorama and Winspark. And i had the same issue to close them.

I know i should continue to denounce them after everything they did to me but it is ok now, i have forgiven them. Although, it is not very good to not respect a player's self exclusion, it could have gone worst for some players. Hopefully, i was able to get over it. This is why i am surprised they have a 9 out of 10. To me they do not deserve it.
