24Casino recenzia

The casino was relatively okay at first. Wins, losses, and payouts roughly balanced each other out.
It's been dead-spinning gaming for quite some time now. No winnings are possible to cash out, let alone any luck.
RTP is consistently extremely low.
Not recommended.

Casino war anfangs relativ ok. Gewinne Verluste Auszahlungen grobe Balance.
Seit längerer Zeit deadspingaming pur. Keinerlei Gewinne möglich um auszuzahlen geschweige denn Glück.
Rtps absolut durchgehend im Keller.
Nicht zu empfehlen.

Actually, I really enjoyed being a loyal player at 24Casino.

However, a few days ago there was an experience that disappointed me so much that I no longer want to play there.

I received €16.57 in cashback from the weekly cashback. This cashback came from my net losses. I was "very lucky" and won €400, which I then wanted to withdraw.

After almost 30 hours, my €400 withdrawal was rejected, and my winnings were confiscated. I was left with €165.7 (10x the original cashback). I was then able to withdraw this successfully.

After canceling my first withdrawal of €400, I was informed that I had violated the bonus terms and conditions. However, I wasn't informed of this beforehand. Not on the website, nor in the Telegram group. Not even, as is common with other casinos, was the "excess amount" removed after completing the wagering requirements.

I remained in good faith that I was entitled to the €400 winnings.

Of course, I'm very disappointed with this approach, and frankly, I find these cashback conditions unfair. If you've already suffered losses, you should at least have the opportunity to win back your losses with this cashback. In the end, it's still a game of chance, and whether you win is decided by chance and luck.

I find the way the casino treated me unfair and unacceptable. Ultimately, I decided I don't want to play there anymore. The competition offers much fairer conditions.

The terms and conditions state that the casino can change its terms and conditions at any time or make exceptions, but this was not the case for me.

Very nice and clear page. Many games to choose from. Customer service is quick to respond in chat. I had some problems I wasn't completely satisfied with, this was sorted out by customer service via email right away. They are solution-oriented and go to great lengths to make the customer happy. I must also mention fast withdrawals and the possibility of high withdrawals. I really recommend this casino and will definitely continue to play here.

Veldig fin og oversiktlig side. Mange spill å velge i.

I originally had an issue withdrawing a large win at 24Casino due to a bonus violation.
However, after several discussions, I was given a fair offer, which we resolved amicably.

The customer service – especially Frank – was very professional and solution-oriented. I thank you for your goodwill and the good, and above all, quick, communication.

All in all, I am satisfied with the result.

I have been playing in many casinos for years, but NONE has such fast 24-hour support as 24casino!
Important if you want to pay out at 3 am, for example ;)
For me, credit card withdrawals take less than an hour!
The selection of games is great and also includes classics from the gaming library such as Gamomat and Novoline.
The bonus offers (especially the daily free drops via Telegram channel WITHOUT DEPOSIT) are unparalleled.
My undisputed favorite!!

Mein konkurrenzloser Favorit!!

Account is frozen for no reason. After submitting several documents, the verification is repeatedly postponed even though there is currently an active bonus on the account. I am being deliberately kept waiting so that the bonus and my money are canceled. Absolutely not to be recommended and completely dubious.

//// Update: I want to update the whole situation. My case was reviewed by Askgamblers with a very, very competent and very fast employee who responded at all times and took extremely responsible and professional care of the entire situation. According to their statement, I will receive my entire winnings. If this turns out to be the case, apart from the aforementioned negative points I mentioned earlier, I can now also report very positively about the casino, thanks in large part to the employee who was always available to me during my complaint.
